Mushy Merch products are printed to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or choosing the wrong size, except where required by law.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items

If there is a problem with your order, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a reprint, replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation; it may not be possible once printing has begun.
