Are prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. All prices are shown in AUD.

How are Mushy Merch shirts made?

Each shirt is printed to order in Australia by The Print Bar. This reduces excess stock and lets us keep releasing original designs.

How long does an order take?

Please allow 1–14 business days for printing and preparation before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and varies by shipping service and destination.

What does shipping cost?

Australian standard tracked shipping is $10 AUD, express shipping is $15 AUD, and standard shipping is free on orders of $100 AUD or more. The final charge is shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

The store is launching to Australian customers first. We plan to expand to selected international destinations after the Australian checkout is fully tested.

How do I choose a size?

Our AS Colour Staple Tee 5001 has a regular unisex fit. Check the size information on the product page and compare it with a shirt you already own before ordering. Because shirts are printed to order, choosing the wrong size is treated as a change of mind.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking details are emailed after your order is dispatched.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once printing has begun.

What if my order is damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect?

Use our Contact page and include your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
